Amen!!

Found this lovely prayer that someone wrote in the BARF forum recently. I don't ride a motard, but now I want to!

Motard prayer:

Our motard, who art in the twisties
Hallowed by thy name,
Thy roads will come
Thy will be done,
on dirt as it is on asphalt.

Give us this day, our daily wheelie
And forgive us our passes,
As we forgive those sportbiles who try to pass us

And lead us not into getting busted
but deliver us from citation

Amen.

Open House - October 20th!

Once again, it's time for Scuderia West's Fall open house on Saturday, October 20th at 10am-6pm. Come and check out the sales and specials that they'll have in store for you including fall clothing and accessories for cold weather riding.

As always, reps will be on hand to answer questions about their products. Scuderia is known for having extremely knowledgeable and friendly employees (myself included) to help you find the right jacket/pants/boots/helmets/gloves for you. If you've never been to a Scuderia open house, you know you don't want to miss this one.

See you there!

Updates!

I've added a new review in the Jackets section of my website, from Joanna L. in ???. I forgot to ask her where she's from. Thanks so much for adding this!
I've also added a few links to some general fit articles including what to look for in a helmet, how to fit leathers and measuring / sizing charts. I plan to write some articles myself, but I'm thinking that writing a few paragraphs on the subject is great and all, but wouldn't it be awesome if I had a couple videos showing you how leathers should fit once you try them on and what kind of things to look for when you're out there shopping for gear? You may be lucky enough to find a very knowledgeable saleswoman / salesperson who knows women's gear, but I imagine those are few and far between!

Keep checking back for updates, as I hope to shoot some short videos over the next month or two on the subject. :)

Sneak Peak, anyone?

New for Fall 2008!

Looks like Black/White is the new hot color for ladies this winter. Adding to the 1-piece suits that Dainese (Yu Suit) and Spidi (Lady Lizard) have put out, Teknic is also throwing this one into the mix. I think I like this style the best so far. The Viper Suit is going to turn heads, that's for sure. Now if I could only think of a really good reason why I need this........
