Please Email Me your reviews! I want to hear from as many women as I can. I want to know anything and everything about the protective gear you wear, why you love/hate it and if you'd recommend it to another woman .

Dainese Ladies Scud
This jacket is no longer available as Dainese changes out their line every couple of years. So if you see something you really like, don't wait to long because it might be gone next season!

I will say that Dainese is the best leather jacket a girl could have. It did take me quite a while to break this one in. I actually stopped wearing it for a year and resorted to wearing my textile. I realized that I would never wear it unless I broke it in. I finally broke it in over the course of a couple months and now she's a lot more comfortable to wear. This one does have a removable liner which I've ridden in at ~60F? with windchill. It might've been chillier, I'm not sure, as I was desperate to get to my destination, given that it was cold, extremely foggy and dark. Oh and did I mention I was on a 2 curvy lane road along a cliff on Highway 1? Unfortunately I think that I've fallen out of love with the shape of this jacket. After wearing the Rev'it Ignition recently, I've found it extremely difficult to wear anything else!

It is priced almost at the highest point, aside from a custom Vanson. Their prices have gone up recently as well. This particular style was priced at ~$450 when I bought it a few years ago. Unfortunately, their leathers have gone up to over $500. When you're ready to invest in one, a Dainese should be at the top of your list. If of course, they offer sizes that fit you. Unfortunately the one thing that Dainese isn't known well for is plus sizes. The largest women's size runs up towards a Euro 52 (in Dainese's size chart), which is the equivalent to about a US 12-14.
